NEONBI is a toque hat utilizing traditional methods for the finish. We hope you enjoy the elegance and lightness of this finish, which has become a rarity today. Pompons made of vinyl scoubidou are placed on top of the toque. These pompons are carefully handcrafted one by one, and its coloring and volumes are meticulously calculated. An elastic band is used at the base of the crown, giving stability when worn.
