CORTOIDA - MATTO BLACK is a newsboy cap that expresses the theme of this HIZUME SS23 collection, "TADAYOIGUMO". "TADAYOIGUMO" is a Japanese word that represents clouds flowing slowly and freely changing their shape in the sky. Using pattern-making techniques, which is my speciality at MOF (Meilleur Ouvrier de France), I have created a unisex newsboy cap that suits everyone. On top of this base, drapes are applied to freely depict the mood of this year's theme "TADAYOIGUMO". On the left side of the brim is a metal button, individually hand-polished to a mirror finish. The material is modern and elegant cotton canvas.Made by hand at the Atelier HIZUME, Paris, France.
